Multi-lingual contact management system. TexTalk has the ability to add, edit members’ contact information directly within the user interface, as well as by uploading bulk contact information via major file formats.
UNLIMITED CONTACTS
An unlimited number of contacts can be imported to TexTalk.
CONTACT LIST MANAGEMENT
Clients can create several different contact lists for various campaigns. A single contact can be a part of multiple contact lists.
AUTOMATIC NAME INSERT
The system supports automatic name inserts for individuals in mass text campaigns, allowing clients to personalize their texts for recipients.
OPT-IN & OPT-OUT PROCESS
The system provides allows users easily add new contacts to a list or remove any contacts who desire to opt-out.
DATA EXPORT
TexTalk supports exporting system features for exporting data in various file format such ase Excel, CSV, and PDF.
SEARCH
A contact can be found with the search option. The system allows clients to review a contact’s profile and switch the contact member to another group list.
STOP DUPLICATE
The system by default cannot accept two identical numbers in the same contact list. When the client uploads a contact list, the system displays all incorrect and duplicate contacts.
NUMBERS VERIFICATION
A standard procedure that verifies phone numbers acquired outside of TexTalk, like the number for your wireless, landline, or office phone.
Batch Upload
The system has the ability to import contact information from major database systems such Oracle, SQL, MYSQL, and Mango DB.
