Learn About Our Email Services

Email Editor

TexTalk email editor offers a “what you see is what you get” editor for composing HTML e-mails in a way that is intuitive and easy for users.

Also, users have the ability to create and use HTML templates for email and messages. They can insert fields for contact-specific values (i.e., name, address, etc.) while also being able to control the font type, color, images, etc.

Email templates for broadcast will adopt the customer agency’s look, feel and branding for all content, allowing customers to customize their content for broadcast emails as needed for advertising specifications.

Rich HTML

TexTalk provides rich (HTML) messaging for email campaigns, such as sending newsletters, announcements, or surveys. It also allows emails to be constructed in MIME Multipart format, allowing recipients to view messages in HTML or plain text based on their preferences or client email constraints.

With the TexTalk email communication channel, clients are able to customize their emails’ headers and footers. They can also include graphics, rich formatting, and contextual hyperlinking to their email messages.

Email Templates

Textalk has a library of prebuilt and customizable email templates which clients can select based on the type of campaign or notifications they would like to broadcast.

Also, clients are able to create or use their own design. This ensures a polished and consistent look for all their emails, enhancing brand reputation.

Spam Filter

TexTalk spam filtering tool can identify red flags and common spam related vocabularies, so your messages land in inboxes rather than junk folders.

It automatically handles messaging chores like filtering lists and triggering messages, reducing manual labor and increasing accuracy.

Email Reporting

Email reporting provides reporting for different data sets, for example the number of email subscribers and emails sent by item, sub-category, and category for any date.

Reporting Features
  • Archives entire history of system usage, allowing reports to be run by any date range.
  • Reports on the frequency with which subscribers visit the clients’s website as a result of receiving an email notification.
  • Reports on the success of each mailing, including which recipients have been successfully sent an email.
  • Archives all data so it can be reviewed online at any time.
  • Reports on all data provided by subscribers as part of the “Questions” functionality. This provides the option to ask subscribers for optional additional information, such as name, address, zip code, industry, or anything else of interest to the department.
  • Automated bounce handling to manage all synchronous and asynchronous email bounce results.
  • Detailed reporting on hard failures (e.g., invalid email address)
  • Detailed reporting on soft failures (e.g., mailbox full and other transient errors).

E-mail Delivery Performance

TexTalk  maintains relationships with major Internet Service Providers (ISPs) and related industry groups to ensure that emails are delivered to the inbox, rather than the bulk or spam folder.

Our email service solution supports use of standard email authentication technologies such as Sender Policy Framework (SPF),  DomainKeys Identified Mail (DKIM), and Domain-based Message Authentication, Reporting & Conformance (DMARC).

In addition, TexTalk email services allow fully automated A/B Message Testing to ensure that best-performing subject lines, body content, and/or links are being presented to large audiences.
