Fax Through email

TexTalk virtual fax integrates  with client email systems which can attach the documents to the destination fax. Once the fax derived, the system will confirm the final status of outgoing faxes to the sender.

Fax Through Textalk Portal

The TexTalk web portal provides a graphical interface that simulates a virtual fax machine as an alternative to using the email system to send outgoing faxes.

To use, log in to the TexTalk portal and navigate to the fax composition window. Enter the required information in the fields, attach the files that you would want to fax, then click on the send button

Virtual Fax Main Features

Sending Fax

Clients can upload fax content to the TexTalk system, the fax travels through the internet to TexTalk's electronic fax infrastructure using TLS encryption. The fax is then sent through the phone network to the destination fax machine.

Receiving Fax

When someone sends a fax to a Texatlk client, the TexTalk virtual fax assigns the “fax” phone number from a traditional fax machine. The fax travels through the phone service to the virtual fax servers where data about the fax is stored and where the fax is encrypted and sent to the end-user’s pre-assigned email address.​

Security

Textalk's security system was developed based on industry best practices, and the system is connected to client email securely via Transport Layer Security (TSL). The system has the option of delivering faxes in encrypted PDF Secure Document Support.

Admin Privilege

The TexTalk system provides a role-based account management for adding, changing, and deleting fax users and fax numbers. The system also works to extract system data and metrics.

Reporting & Analytics

We provide detailed usage reports based on geography (states, etc.) and /or agency office. We also provide date/time stamp of when a fax was sent or received. Furthermore we can report blocked numbers and spam control.

Performance

We have a 99.9% uptime availability, on par with current commercial standards for national enterprise-wide support across internal and external customers. Our solution operates in different geographical zones, insuring multiple redundancies.
